Return Policy

We want you to love our products as much as we do! In the event that they are not quite right for you, please review our returns policy below. 


  • IF YOU’VE PURCHASED FROM OUR WEBSITE OR APP 

    • INCORRECT PRODUCT

    If you received a product that’s different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days using the form below or by emailing on hello@iammi.co and we’ll make it right. 


    If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product from us, don’t worry! You can request a full refund (less shipping costs) as long as you contact us within 14 days of delivery and you return the product unused and unopened. Use the form below or email hello@iammi.co and we will get the refund process started. 


    • OPENED PRODUCT

    We are unable to accept returns on any products that are opened and/or used. For this reason, we kindly ask that you choose your products carefully. You can always send us a DM on Instagram or email hello@iammi.co if you want some help choosing…we love talking skincare! Our website lists each of our product’s ingredients in full - please review this information before you make a purchase to avoid any allergies or sensitivities. 


    • MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

    If your product is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us using the form below or email us at hello@iammi.co. If it’s damaged, please also send a photo. We will endeavour to get back to you with resolution options as soon as possible. 


    • IF YOU’VE PURCHASED FROM ONE OF OUR STOCKISTS

    If you have purchased your IAMMI products from one of our partner stockists, we kindly ask you to coordinate your return directly with them. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund products that were not purchased through our website or app.
